Ordering Instructions        

 

Step 1.

Go through the catalogue and pick your photo gift by clicking on it. It will then take you to the larger preview of the Photo Gift.

Step 2.

Click on the Order link beneath the image, a new email will open up from your mail client* addressed to orders@stillimages.com.au with the subject bar already filled out with details of what you are wanting to order.

Step 3.

Type your Name, Address, Phone Number.

Step 4.

Attach the image file (usually a jpg) to the email and send it.

What happens Next ?

If you want to call us to arrange payment and/or check your order simply ring us on 1300 634 099 if not, someone from Still Images will call you both to confirm your order and receive payment details within 1 hour of receiving your email.

Credit Card Payments will be taken over the phone, direct deposit information will be emailed to you, if required.

We do not keep or use your information after the order has been completed. We will do our best to call you within the hour but depending on workload cannot guarantee it, however it will be the same business day.

Any orders placed will not be completed until payment or payment confirmation has been received by Still Images. No exceptions.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment, dependant upon workload.

Instore pickup of any order can be arranged for same day or next day pick up. Please note same day pickup will attract up to a 50% surcharge.

*If you have not set up your email client on you computer simply create an email in your default client (eg. Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) and enter the information as listed above.
